Private yoga lessons are a place to explore the physical and mental challenges to progress in a meditation or movement practice on a more personalized level. In these sessions, I can help you to deepen your practice (or begin a new practice) and develop individualized tools to aid in your growth.
My group classes are geared toward all ability levels. Classes range from gentle to physically strong based on the needs of students on a given day, and I offer very individualized modifications and attention to everyone. Beginners and experienced practitioners are welcome.
In all classes, I place heavy emphasis on developing a sound relationship between the breath, integrated strength, and fluid movement.
I’m also a currently a candidate for a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and a Masters in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine at Bastyr University in Seattle.
